Please note that our reception is not staffed fulltime as we are a small practice with part time clinicians. There may be a delay in returning your enquiry, voicemail or email. Please keep mindful of our 48 business hours' notice period for cancellation. 

Please email us for cancellations rather than calling so that we can note the notice period you are providing. Our cancellation notice period is based on full business hours (8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday) of when notification (email) is received, therefore excludes weekends.

  • For example:  2 Business Days (48 hours' notice) means that if your appointment is on 1PM on Monday, you would need to let us know of cancellation before 1PM on Thursday of the proceeding week.

If you are cancelling an upcoming appointment and also want an alternative new appointment, please go ahead and book your new appointment through our online link below and email to cancel the earlier appointment (when giving more than 2 days notice).

Monday 9.30am -1230pm

Tuesday 12.30pm-3.30pm

Wednesday 9.30am-12.30pm

Thursday - No clinic admin

Friday 9.30am-12.30pm
