Susan brings 30 years of experience combined with warmth and understanding to help women and families navigate challenges during fertility, pregnancy, parenting or loss. Susan joined Restored Wellbeing in November 2025. This means she has the most availability for the remainder of the 2025 to support new clients. Susan has dedicated many years to supporting individuals and families during their fertility journey and during pregnancy and early parenting. Her extensive experience and understanding will soon put you at ease and allow you to feel safe to process any issues impacting on your fertility or parenting experience.

Kirsten has a special interest on treating Birth Trauma issues which may include processing distressing events during pregnancy, birth or the early postnatal period.

Kirsten prefers to use EMDR Therapy but has been trained in a range of therapies that can be used depending on the current issues.
