We would like to warmly welcome you to connect in with our service. We appreciate that it is a big step to seek out psychological support, and we want to reassure you that we will help you to feel at ease during this process. Our experienced therapists are all mindful of the privileged positions we are in to sit with you and to hear your unique experience. We look forward to helping you to take this step towards your restoring your wellbeing.

New Clients

If you are a new client to this service, we highly recommend that you book your next 2 follow up sessions when you are booking your first appointment. Our diaries can fill up quickly, and it is important that you receive some continuity in care and make some initial progress in addressing your concerns. We recommend fortnightly sessions initially, which can be extended to longer intervals in discussion with your therapist as your treatment progresses and symptoms subside.
