Welcome! We are excited that you are reaching out of help - that’s a wonderful first step towards your recovery and healing. Susan is a very experienced & compassionate therapist who can guide you through challenging times.

With 30 years of experience as a therapist, you can feel confident that Susan can safely support you to overcome challenges or distress that can arise throughout your fertility, pregnancy and parenting experience. Susan is looking forward to meeting with you soon. You are welcome to book in to see Susan in clinic, face to face or online via telehealth. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our admin team who are happy to help.

You do not need a referral to see Susan as a private client, however, if you are wanting to obtain a Medicare rebate, you will need to see your GP to set up a Mental Health Care Plan and referral - these can be emailed or faxed to our clinic ahead of your appointment.

Please ensure that you have a provided a current valid referral if you are claiming rebates via Medicare. Whilst we will help to process these rebates, it is your responsibility to keep track of the number of sessions you have accessed under your referral. Our clinic cannot be responsible for rebates that fail to process if you have used up all eligible sessions. If you have any questions or concerns, you can call Medicare directly to check your referral and number of sessions.

Please consider booking several appointments ahead so there is no disruption to your treatment program. Most clients require fortnightly sessions at the beginning of treatment, which can be spaced out further once symptoms begin to settle.
